Delivery Information
Order Process: Please note that any order will be processed as quickly as possible, normally within one working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order receipt via email once your order has been processed and your item(s) will either be posted or will be ready to collect. Allow at least three hours between order and collection time.
For click and collect orders, please be advised that you must order your gift cards online before collection. We do not process orders via the office. Once you have received your order confirmation email your Bath Gift Card will be ready to collect.
We are only able to fulfil online orders on weekdays, excluding Bank Holidays. If you have selected Click and Collect, you can collect your gift card(s) between Monday and Friday, 10am – 4:30pm.
For a Friend: If the delivery is for someone else, there is a space to include a message with the Gift Card. A letter and receipt will be sent with the card, with information about how the card works, the expiry date and the link to the list of businesses that accept the Bath Gift Card.
Delivery Options: When ordering a Bath Gift Card, you will be able to select your preferred delivery option. Costs include an administration fee. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
1st Class: £1.50. Orders received by 1pm will be delivered on the next working day. This option does not require a signature and there is no proof of delivery. There is no compensation with this delivery option.
Delivery Outside the UK: £2.99. Usually reaches Europe in three-to-five working days and the rest of the world in five-to-seven working days. See Royal Mail International Standard for more information
