Delivery Information

Order Process

Please note that any order placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. We are only able to fulfil online orders on weekdays, excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery Options

When ordering a Bath Gift Card, you will be able to select your preferred delivery option. Costs include an administration fee. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

1st Class: £1.50. Orders received by 1pm will be delivered on the next working day, including Saturday. This option does not require a signature and there is no proof of delivery. There is no compensation with this delivery option.

Special Delivery Next Day (orders placed before 1 pm): £7.50. Orders placed by 1pm are guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the next day, Monday to Friday. The recipient will need to sign for the package upon delivery. Compensation cover of up to £500 is included on this delivery option. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.

Delivery Outside the UK: £2.99. Usually reaches Europe in three-to-five working days and the rest of the world in five-to-seven working days. See Royal Mail International Standard for more information.

Christmas Delivery: Orders placed by and on Friday 18th December before 1pm will be despatched before Christmas. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday 18th December and Tuesday 5th January 2021 will be dispatched on Tuesday 5th January 2021. For Click and Collect orders, the latest collection date is Wednesday 23rd December at our Stall Street office.
